Unfassbar schöner Blick aus dem Zimmer. Unbedingt Zimmer mit Flussblick wählen. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. (Park direkt vor dem Haus, in der Nähe One World Trade Center, Wall street, Freiheitsstatue,…) Großes, komfortables Zimmer - Suite. Traumhaftes Bett. Top Ausstattung. Unbedingt einmal die Rooftopbar besuchen und den Ausblick auf die Freiheitsstatue genießen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder gerne kommen und sage Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt.
Cons Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Dabei darf man dann für einen bestimmten Wert frühstücken. Das finde ich etwas kompliziert und stressig. Wenn man das im Vorhinein bucht und bezahlt, sollte man nicht mehr überlegen müssen, was man jetzt alles bestellen kann.

Cons My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Unfortunately, the staff showed a serious lack of responsibility, and the level of communication and responsiveness was very poor. More importantly, I left behind an item that is very valuable to me. I contacted the hotel several times to arrange for it to be delivered and even paid the delivery fees. A courier went to the hotel to collect the item, but unfortunately, the staff did not cooperate with him properly. I contacted the hotel only 12 hours after checking out, and they confirmed—both through a ticket number and a private message—that my lost item had been found and was being kept safely under a specific reference number. Despite all of this, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying at a hotel that fails to respect even the basic standards of hospitality, responsibility, and guest service.
