The staff, the location, the rooms… everything. You can relax or be active (my case). Up to you, you get all options.

The Staff was just amazing! the hotel was sooo clean and soo beautiful. it was just the best stay of my life!

Cons nothing it was perfect!

Amazing resort. Amazing landscape and service. Especially Mr Goodwick.

Amazing property. Very big resort. Beautiful design with amazing landscape. Loved the facilities especially the villa we stayed in. Staff were exceptional especially Mr Goodwick that gave us amazing service. He was there on every call picking us up and seeing that we are always happy and content.

Cons The food portions in the restaurants were quite small. Food was generally very expensive. All the rest was amazing.

Amazing stay!

Amazing stay! The hotel has excellent facilities and is very family-friendly, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is also a great variety of restaurants with plenty of options to choose from. A special thank you to Rabia, the Duty Manager, for her great hospitality and assistance throughout our stay, and also to Tempi at the gate for always being welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Cons Nothing

Tesisi genel olarak beğendik. Sessiz sakin ve huzurluydu. Deniz çok güzeldi. A La carte restoranlar çok önden doluyor. Uygulamayı çok önden indirip rezervasyon yapmanız lazım yada akşam yemeği dahil almanız gerekli yoksa nerede yiyeceğiz stresi yaşayabilirsiniz. Biz akşam yemeği de dahil almıştık ana restoran da gayet güzel ve keyifliydi.

Cons Tek eksik yanı iletişim sıkıntıları mevcuttu. Plaj kısmındaki beach barda içececek kalmadı, pipetimiz yok henüz gelmedi içecek veremiyoruz gibi çözümü basit ama sonuç üretilmeyen cevaplar aldık. Dönüşte uçağımız çok erken olduğu için bavullarımızın resepsiyona ulaştırılması konusunda destek talebimizi 1 gün önceden yaptık fakat ne yazık ki gelen olmadı resepsiyona da ulaşamadık.Tesis çok büyük bavulları kendimiz ana girişe kadar götürmek zorunda kaldık transferimize yetişememe stresimiz oldu. Sizler de bu sıkıntıyı yaşamamanız için tekrar tekrar teyit etmenizde fayda olacaktır.
