A beautiful resort with stunning beaches, incredible food, and genuinely wonderful staff who made our family holiday unf

We recently spent a wonderful week at Constance Ephelia! The resort is absolutely massive, with so much to see and do. North Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever visited, with its fine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Truly paradise! What made our stay especially memorable, though, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our three-year-old daughter feel welcome and special. A huge shout-out to **Luka at Cyann**, who was incredibly patient, friendly, and playful with our daughter. Anyone with a toddler knows how challenging restaurant meals can sometimes be, especially when they're full of energy and don't want to sit still! Luka was absolutely wonderful with her and made our dining experiences so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Another special mention goes to **Curtis at the fitness center**, who is just a ball of positive energy! Our daughter absolutely adored him and would get so excited whenever we bumped into him around the resort. He always took the time to play with her and make her laugh. She was constantly asking about him! We also want to thank the amazing team at **Adam & Eve, especially manager Prabu and hostess Vanessa**. Prabu consistently made sure we were well looked after and had everything we needed. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality were very much appreciated. They also helped us celebrate our daughter's third birthday with a wonderful cake and birthday song, making the occasion even more special! And of course, a special thank-you to **Margaret at North Beach**, who was so lovely to our daughter! Without us even asking, she thoughtfully brought her a bucket to build sandcastles. Such a simple gesture, but as parents of a toddler, it's exactly these little details that mean so much. It's these thoughtful touches that make a holiday truly memorable. On the dining front, **Cyann was absolutely outstanding!

Cons Guest relations were a bit useless… Every question we had was literally addressed by go talk to the people at facility “X”… While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, housekeeping was unfortunately inconsistent and fell short of what we would expect from a five-star luxury resort. On approximately three occasions, we left our room by 9:00 a.m. and returned around 2 p.m., only to find that it still hadn't been serviced. But they were kind to show at 6:30 pm daily to make up the room, also inconvenient as people usually get ready to go out for dinner at that time.. Even when the room was cleaned, the attention to detail was disappointing. For example, the drinking glasses did not appear to have been properly washed and looked as though they may have simply been rinsed in the sink. We also ordered a thermos of tea one evening, and despite the room being serviced afterward, the thermos was left in our room for at least two days. We would expect used room-service items to be collected as part of the daily housekeeping routine. Another recurring issue was the large number of ants in our room… twice we had to call pest control to clean. Granted we were on the ground floor and get that Seychelles is a tropical destination; insects are expected, however we daily spent time cleaning up a large numbers of ants, sometimes well over 100 at a time. On at least two occasions, even after requesting that our room be cleaned, the ants had not been removed. These issues were disappointing, particularly given the resort's five-star rating. While they didn't overshadow the wonderful hospitality we experienced elsewhere, we do feel that housekeeping standards and attention to detail need improvement to match the otherwise excellent experience the resort offers.

Super Auswahl beim Buffet und täglich neue Spezialitäten. Der Zimmerservice war ausserodentlich. Die Bedienung war stets freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Saranga. Er hat einen TOP-Service geboten und hat sich bei den Mahlzeiten hervorragend um uns gekümmert.
