問題はちょこちょこ起こりましたが、スタッフの方の臨機応変、かつスムーズな対応で解決はできました。ただ、何も言わず黙ったままだと不快な宿泊になっていた可能性はあります。

スタッフの対応がよかったです。一泊目に異音で全く眠れずお部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、すぐに快く対応してくれました。また、チェックイン時に宿泊代が二重支払いになってしまいましたが、リファウンドの対応も素早くしてくれました。ホテル自体は昔からありますが、清潔感や掃除もよく行き届いており快適な宿泊でした。また泊まりたいです。

Cons チェックインを機械ですることを勧められたため、機械ですると、booking .comで支払いが完了しているにも関わらず、再び支払いを求められました。デポジットなのかなと、よくわからず支払いをしましたが、後日スタッフに確認すると二重支払いになっているためリファウンドの対応となりました。もし、気付かず二重支払いのままだったらと考えると…みなさまも気をつけてください。

Cons -the lighting in the room is totally insufficient; it is impossible to do any reading -we are an elderly couple, and we had no idea about how to use this AI box; totally unsuitable for a hotel room; what shuld we do in an emergency

Cons the room interiors were not good , very cozy bathrooms , floor carpet & even the furniture's were too old and was not feeling pleasant during our stay even after paying handsome rentals.
