Buen hotel para descansar y disfrutar en San José

Está muy bien ubicado, y sus instalaciones son excepcionales. Muy bien decorado, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Zonas comunes en buen estado.

Cons El personal de la puerta y recepción no se adecúa a lo que es un hotel 5 estrellas. El botones principal de la puerta no nos preguntó si necesitábamos ayuda al marcharnos. Ojo con las habitaciones en zona de piscina porque hay una comuna de cotorras que te impedirán el descanso.

Perfect way to start your holiday. I don't understand the negative reviews; this is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are spacious and new, the staff is friendly, and you're immediately immersed in a Costa Rican vibe. It's perfect for a comfortable stay after a long flight or when you've traveled a lot and need rest before flying back. Only 10 minutes from the airport, yet you're in a totally different world.

Mooi, als een oude Spaanse hacienda ontworpen, hotel Ruime, schone 4 persoons hotelkamer aan het zwembad (de bedden waren 'twijfelaars') Goed ontbijtbuffet met ruime keuze Gezellig restaurant (tijdens ons verblijf was er de mogelijkheid tot "all you can eat sushi" Verlate checkout tot 14 u bleek mogelijk; handig bij een avondvlucht terug naar Nederland

Cons Hoewel we via Booking een kamer voor 4 personen inc. ontbijt hadden geboekt, werd er bij het ontbijt gemeld dat we het ontbijt van de kinderen apart moesten betalen. Dat zou beleid zijn, maar zo staat het niet op de booking website. Dit heeft wat gedoe met managers opgeleverd, maar uiteindelijk koos het hotel ervoor hun geschil met booking op te nemen en kregen we 4 keer ontbijt. Er lag maar 1 koffiecupje voor de machine op de hotelkamer en er waren te weinig handdoeken in de hotelkamer, maar dit was snel opgelost door de receptie.
