Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville Airport East, TN

Conveniently located just outside of the greater Nashville area. Made it easy leaving to our next destination.

They are kind but the hotel is in bad shape.

Cons It had been remodeled very cheaply. The picture make it look so nice and updated, but the updates aren’t complete (no grout on wall tile), the new furniture is already chipped and worn, and it was dirty. We had a 1 year old and 4 year old with us and wiped the entire place down with Clorox wipes. It was not clean. We stayed the one night and found another place to stay instead.

We will be back for a family vacation

The boy who worked until 1030 pm was accepting! My stay was everything because of his service and compassion for my needs! Excellent employee. I couldn't take a bubble bath but he made up for it!

Cons No stopper for the bathe tub drain for a bath and the fridge froze everything. Also the door didnt latch.

It was an awesome price and the room was so clean and quiet!!

Worst worst and worst place to go. I was on the road was rush and it was 10:30 pm i booked in five min. from booking.com when i arvd receptionist lady refused to accept my booking.com reservation because she wanted me to pay to facility not to booking.com. So there wasnt any available option for me to book and i canseled my reservation and i double charged because of cancelation plus another amount of staying fee. It was just HORRABLE. And yet i called several times booking.com customer service line and no ine answered. Maybe as a customer and who reading this comment we should start thinking to use another app because for me booking.com no more accountable anymore.....

Cons Wasnt clean amd room was durty with heavy smelllll, window was broken and my room was in the first floor 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤯
