Went off season, Great Value for money, great spread for breakfast, excellent rooms, attentive and kind staff and Management, well managed even as it was sold out

The service received at Courtyard Agra was impeccable. All service associates, especially the restaurant/bar managers, including Mr Mukund and Mr shourya went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience and timely service. They made sure to take into account our specific needs and provided us with trustworthy recommendations. I will definitely return to this property, only because of the enthusiasm of the staff who made my wife and my stay so comforting and memorable.

Very disappointing experience with the room service. We had requested plain rice along with plates and spoons, but despite multiple reminders, nothing was delivered. We ultimately had to eat our food on disposable plates. We had booked 3 rooms, so we expected a much better level of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely poor. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone for a stay.
