Cons Where to begin? The toilets were so short that myself at 5’2 it was like I was sitting on the ground. And our group was age 57 - 92 so the struggle was real. They did accommodate by changing 2 in our party to a handicap accessible room.

Clean and comfortable

I arrived early since I had to attend an important event and was hoping to get an early check in. The reception advised no rooms were then available but she made every effort to get me one in time to make things work. I appreciated that effort
