Fun! We loved Boston.

Amazing customer service! The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely helpful and made the check-in process quick, easy, and stress-free. The room was the perfect size for my girlfriend and me, with a nice TV, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a great view! The hotel was also located in a really nice area with easy access to public transportation, which made getting around convenient and hassle-free. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Cons The only downside was our experience at the bar. Unfortunately, the bartender wasn’t the best at communicating what was available, and we weren’t even greeted when we approached the bar. Improving the customer service in that area would make the overall experience even better.

Great location. Comfort beds. Nice view over the bridge. DELROY at reception was friendly and helpful.

Cons Safe was old. TV not connected. The tech person showed us how to press the buttons with force in the safe using a pen. A cable was missing for TV so he brought a new one. No soap in bath, an empty shampoo bottle instead. Breakfast not included, given the price it could have been nice. Parking at 68 usd per night - too expensive.

Great location to stay, close to the heart of Boston.
