Easy to find. Felt safe. Amazing location! When we comeback to visit or for another kpop concert, we will choose this hotel again

The breakfast was good..our waiter was excellent..very friendly..the hotel manager was very nice..concierge man was very helpful and sweet
Cons The lady who checked us in didn't give us breakfast voucher or explain how it was only good for 1 particular selection..she was veey nice but it made for confusing first breakfast..the manager fixed it after the fact..she also didn't ask if I was a member for the points or to get free water
