Cons Todo lo demas! Sobre todo el hecho de que olvidaran my dry cleaning en recepcion sin mandarlo y me quede sin sercicio. …Ademas tuve que reclamar varias veces “¿ porque no habia recibido mi ropa?” Hasta que al final me dijeron mas alla de las 8 de la tarde que lo sentian… Pero que no lo habian mandado. Me dueron una comownsacion de unos 100 dolares. Pero al final tuve que gastar mi tiempo libre de un domingo buscando un lugar para hacer el laundry por culpa de ellos. Aparte de eso, de tres ascensores, solo funcionaba uno… Lo cuañ supone un problema en un bloque de mas de 19 pisos de alto. Largas colas!! La relacion calidad precio, la verdad! Pagar mas de 409 dolares la noche por esto. Me parecio una broma!

Excellent location and rooms -and restrooms- are very spacious. Very friendly staff. Loved the welcoming starbucks cupon they gave us upon arrival.

Cons The showers are very small considering the big area of the bathroom. Room ammenities could be a bit better. But those are just small details.

Cons Hotel is old, bathrooms are in not too hood shape : Old tubs, carpet not too clean , upholstery in the sofas is dirty and old Need a lot of updates
