Clean spacious rooms but falls a bit short on having instructions in English for the room service options

It was clean and the rooms were big. Also outside there are some really nice street vendors selling good food in case one couldn’t work out the room service menu

Cons No English room service menu or Chinese app even we could find to order things to the room without having to call someone. We asked on checking in if we can order food from outside and if they can send it up to our room like at other hotels we were in and they said “of cause not” later we tried to find the room service menu but couldn’t work it out. Went back to the reception to ask who said go to the 4th floor which turned out to be some sort of convention hall with a convention taking place. Not exactly sure if they misunderstood my request or I actually meant to find the room service menu there. Gave up at that point and went and got food from the street vendors outside XD
