El personal de recepción súper amable, amigable y predispuesto para ayudar en todo lo que se necesite. También tenemos que destacar la atención de Mike que tenía que acompañarnos a subir por escaleras por la fobia de mi prima al ascensor.
Cons En mi habitación había un ruido como de un motor que aparecía constantemente y era muy molesto para dormir (2do piso). La limpieza no era mala pero tampoco destacaba. por ejemplo no le repusieron el jabón de ducha en toda la estadía.

Cons Room was the size of a closet and next ti something that smelled like gas and the sink did not drain unless you to the stopper out. Elevator was extremely slow.
The location to Times Square and 5th ave was fantastic.
Cons The breakfast was cold and no flavor. Need to step that up. Also one elevator was down the wait times were long.
Cons The beds were small and the pillows were bad. The elevator also broke and only one was working. And lastly, the air conditioning was not working properly so it was hard to keep the room cool.
