Cons I was expecting a river view /balcony for what I paid but not available and the parking fee is ridiculous when I’ve seen valet parking down at the San Antonio public parking that’s $5 per night

Great 4 night Labor Day Weekend Stay

The location was great. Front desk and valet were great. The drinks and service at the Bistro was great.

Cons There was nothing I disliked. While still comfortable, I wish the bed was a little softer and the water in the shower was a little hotter....DEFINITELY WOULD STAY AGAIN

Disappointing

The hotel is clean and in a great location

Cons - A staff member was extremely rude to the entire family during check in - The room was not ready well after check in time - The hotel is old and outdated (the rooms in particular) - only one elevator was fully functional - Parking is $54 per day - Not enough towels in the room and toiletries

Location was nice

Cons Parking area limited. So had to park obstructing traffic in order to check in. The balcony had not chairs as with other balcony rooms i have stayed at before. So did not feel paying what i did for a balcony was worth it. And there were no luggage carts available upon arrival or at checkout.

Great place close to everything and very nice and respectful staff

Cons The pool was not what I expected 😔

Everything from location to staff excellent for sure would visit again and recommend 🙂
