Always a great place to stay. Food and drink prices are a bit extreme though.
As always, the staff and facilities are top notch. Great location. Perfect spot to get to the start and finish line of the Perth Running Festival.
Cons Had some random clothes left in the room that the cleaning team had missed. Shame the hotel can't support local breweries better. The choice of beers is pretty poor.

Bed and bath were great. Clean room and good floorplan - spacious. Quiet and we slept well.
Cons Boring view of buildings and rooftops, fridge with zero spare capacity - for the price paid i would expect a better view On departure the lift was out of order for 45+ minutes. Too many bags to use stairs. Called guest services about lift out-of-order and they had no ETA. I had to ask if they could call me back and let me know when the lifts were working because they were not proactive to offer that. They agreed but never called back. I discovered when the lifts were working by going and trying. The Concierge Valet staff member Abdullah was super helpful and helped us with the bag trolley.
