Great location
Spacious room with a view of the city.Beautiful choices of breakfast buffet , and well organised. The location is definitely a huge plus! Presidential Palace right infront of the hotel and easy walk to the old town and other tourists spots. Restaurants ,Tesco, and so forth. Not cheap but not disappointing neither.
Cons I entered my room 308 and a bottle from previous guest were still in the room and no bottled water ready . Cleaning lady ( Khatin ) showed attitude from when I asked to get the used drinks OUT of the room. Which in my eyes it is only normal that I expect the room to be completely ready once I’m checked in. I didn’t pay 10€ to stay in Crowne Plaza ,therefore it is only humanly fair if I gently wish to rest on my short vacation .

Room was a decent size, with good facilities. Hotel also has a fitness centre abd a nice buffet breakfast. Located close to the old town for exploring the sights more easily.
Cons The bed was not comfortable. The mattress and pillows did not offer decent support and I actually woke up with some pain from the awkward sleeping!
Perfect location - just 3 mins by walking from the old town and close to the main train station. There you are surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops. And you are less then 15 mins by walking from the Castle. Very friendly staff, we were accommodated by Richard. Housekeeping was also fine. Modern building , the rooms were also clean and equipped with most of the things you need. We were in a family room with a good top view. It was not noisy at all as soundproofing was good enough.
Cons Although the room was 24 sq m if im not wrong, given the fact that we were a group of 3/3 beds, there was not a lot space in room to put somewhere all our luggage. The bathroom was very modern and spacy however the bath tub was not practical and you have to beware when going in. I would rather expect a normal shower enclosure instead.
