Das Personal war sehr herzlich und um uns vom Einchecken an sehr bemüht. Wir erhielten ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade angeboten, ueber das wir uns sehr freuten. Die Zimmer waren luxuriös ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an der Panda-Station (kurze Taxifahrt). Alles TOP!
A great location for the panda reserves, amazing views and good buffet breakfast/dinner
The hotel is in a great location for anyone wanting to visit the panda reserve, about 5 mins away in a didi. We most loved the buffet breakfast and dinner. Both were fantastic with loads of mainly traditional food, our boys aged 11 and 8, thought the concept of buffet and the fact that they love the food meant they rated the hotel as almost their favourite on our trip. Our room was spacious and fairly clean, the view was beautiful and we enjoyed spying on the weddings taking place in the grounds and jogging around the perimeter.
Cons Smoking is still allowed in the hotel, not on all floors - but you can smell it everywhere. The outside pool was closed - which was a disappointment to us as it was one of the main reasons we booked. The inside pool is a bit tired, not so clean, the older men spitting mucus on the side did not really help with this.

Останавливались на одну ночь, чтобы посетить Зоопарк с пандами. Гостиница практически находится на территории зеленого зоопарка. До входа в зоопарк на такси 5 мин. Номер большой. Заказали для ребенка специальный номер с Пандами. Реакция ребенка (4 года) потрясающая! Не пожалейте этих денег (около 1 тыс.руб). Были приятно удивлены большой полноценной дополнительной кровати для ребенка, бесплатно. Оформление и подарки просто супер! Интересный бассейн с песчаным пляжем. Брали без завтрака, т.к. утром рано поехали в зоопарк. Внимательный персонал. Помогли настроить карту Алипей, помогли через карту заказать такси до аэропорта, и объяснили, показали, как пользоваться картой. Благодарим за внимательность!

Cons Buitenterrein was nog niet open. Zwembad en strandje niet open. Geen lobby waar je ff gezellig kon nazitten en drankje bestellen. In de omgeving weinig reuring
Excellent value for money! From the moment you walk into the lobby, the hotel feels much more luxurious than its price suggests. The elegant marble interior creates a premium atmosphere. The room was cool, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed, pillows, and linens were excellent, and there was a convenient workspace as well. The indoor swimming pool was a great bonus, and we also loved the cute panda-themed decorations throughout the hotel. What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. A special thanks to Alex, who helped us arrange taxis and was always happy to assist. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome, taking care of every little detail. The level of service felt like a high-end luxury hotel. Highly recommended!
