Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with excellent beds. Staff goes way out of their way to help guests, especially non-English speakers. The massive breakfast buffet impresses, but skip room service steak and stick to Chinese food. Location sits isolated near the panda center, far from downtown, and smoking happens throughout the hotel.
