Crowne Plaza Chongqing New North Zone

Big room with balcony and overlooking golf course. Big bath and room to move in every area. Ironing board. Good dining facilities and pleasant garden patio area. Helpful reception and concierge.

Not Great

Hotel seems dated inside the rooms. The carpet was stained and the small couch within my room has stains on. The bathroom wasn't cleaned that well and had squashed mosquitos on the wall. Although it is meant to be a non-smoking hotel, somebody had obviously smoked in the room I stayed in because I could smell stale smoke that had permeated in to the carpet and curtains. The aircon did not work at all well either, I set it to 18C, the coldest it would go, and it barely worked. It was a very hot and sweaty night. I wouldn't stay there again. Leaving the next morning, there was a cigarette ash and a cigarette butt on the floor of the lift.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The hotel also had great facilities such as a fitness center, pool, and restaurant which made my experience even better. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience.
