not impressed by the service...says non smoking hotel but the hallway and room had some smoke smell

The staff is exceptionally supportive, even though communication is an issue. Jack is the legend. He tried everything to fix the issues including helping me with Chinese translations and calling the shuttle for rescheduling.

Cons Beds could be better. The mattress was a bit hard.
