Beautiful restive resort, good location

Breathtaking grounds and building. Shop near enough to walk to get essentials. Breakfast very wide variety with eggs cooed to order and in/outdoor seating. Rooms clean and comfy with balcony that is actually big enough to use with comfortable seating (2) and small table. Staff very attentive. Was a pick up location for the Excursion we booked as well as being picked to get to the Marina to go to another island saving us hassle/taxi to do that.

Cons While breakfast was outstanding, the Italian restaurant food was just ok, not exceptional. Hubby's dinner (pasta dish) came to the table cold. He sent it back and it came out just a bit warmer, not hot, he decided against sending it back again, but seemed odd.

Cons asked for a electrical converter at the front desk...said I had to buy one...store did not have any...at check out there were many converters in the drawer at the front desk for 220 to 110 for Americans but the reception person who I spoke to did not know that

Great getaway

Awesome rooms. Loved having access to your own pool and the amazing beach view. The restaurants were great. Awesome friendly staff.

The perfect ending for a cruise to the South Pacific.

Everyone was so kind and courteous. They were willing to help in everyday. After checking out we stayed on property for 4 more hours. They held our luggage and arranged for a driver to the airport as promised. This was a beautuful location and had every amenity and luxury promised.

Everything! we had the most amazing week here. I felt so relaxed there was nothing more I have asked for. The staff were so friendly, attentive, kind and approachable. From the house keepers to the waitresses to the grounds staff. Everyone was amazing. They really go above and beyond for you. Everyday our room was cleaned so well and just the little things were done that made such a difference. The buffet breakfast every morning was such a highlight. The staff are always checking if you need anything and how your stay is going. Overall everyone you encounter is just so nice and welcoming ! Perfect for kids too as they offer so many activities throughout the day.

Well worth the money to stay here.

It has everything. The pools are amazing and all the facilities. The staff are super friendly and a lot of fun.
