I am surprised how can you have people like these at the front desk. No greet absolutely not a single what’s any sense of customer service.

Lobby was really nice, restaurant was great, staff was ok in restaurant. Coffee shop was great as was the staff in that particular part. Floors smelled musty for almost 400 dollars, color of walls and carpet was not inviting in the halls. Room was nice, shower was small for the price. Microwave should definitely be in the room. Overall the positive parts didn't justify the price when I consider the rest.
