Rooms are comfortable but some have mold and stains needing attention. Staff service is consistently friendly and helpful, though breakfast cooks can be rude. Shuttle buses to the border gate work, but service to Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge stops at 2pm and doesn't run from the bridge itself.
