The design, food, and rooms
Cons The staff. They were extremely dismissive. Also, upon checking in, they charged me an additional 100 dollars for “incidentals” which i completely understand. They mentioned that upon checking out it will shortly be reimbursed into my bank account. It has been more than 2 weeks and the money still didn’t come back to me. I have tried reaching out through booking AND email about the problem, nonody even bothered to answer my me. This is truly disappointing and is enough for me to never come back to this hotel. I am considering legal action.
The room I stayed in had ceiling and wall damage. The front desk receptionist was excellent.
