Cons Para membro do clube IHG, conseguir uma tarifa no booking mais barata do que fazendo a reserva diretamente convosco, via telefone.... não me parece lógico

Cons Los servicios del hotel no son para nada de un cinco estrellas. Conozco este hotel hace años y la reforma que han realizado, bajo mi punto de vista ha provocado un afeamiento del hotel. Portugal y este hotel siempre se han diferenciado por la amabilidad de su personal, este hotel la ha perdido, en especial el personal del desayuno, poco preparado y nada atento.
The hotel is in a great location. The parking entrance and exit are convenient. The breakfast was good. The breakfast staff were very friendly and hardworking. The rooms were comfortable.
Cons The guarantee payment they received has not been deposited into my account, even though several weeks have passed. Yet they had said it would be transferred to my account within a few days.
Big big big obregado to crown plaza porto & the staff working there
Everything was perfect as usual, from the minute i reached i was attended by mr miguel & as usual he is one of the main reasons to keep visiting crown plaza in porto , mrs enish as well very professional & super helpful in any info required. The BAR team SOMOS are unbelievable, super welcoming , cherished , they prepare the best cocktails & serving very delicious food .. I really enjoy my stay every time i cone to porto .. I adore this place from the staff working every where there , very special thanks to all the house keepers working .
