Everything else was very nice, and room was very clean and comfortable, enjoyed my stay.

Cons Everything was fine. Maybe just customer service, as my family and I traveled from overseas and I miss calculated a day and requested an additional stay but was declined. As a guest, they should have given me first preference or at least asked me first as I had a lot of cargo as I was already in the hotel.

Spacious room, nice detailing in the living room/ kitchen and bathrooms. Pretty top tier considering the location in town

It was clean, staff were friendly but I would’ve really enjoyed to have a warm shower.

We had no hot water for showers. This was really disappointing. I was also supposed to be a 3 bedroom apartment but there was only 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bed was in the lounge/dining room which wasn’t great for privacy.

Cons No hot showers. I also didn’t realise that the hotel had no pool so that was a bit disappointing also.

It was an enjoyable stay, I will definitely come back in the future with my family

Quiet and good security around the vicinity. Very friendly staff
