Excellent location. Beautiful hotel with comfortable room and facilities. Breakfast was magnificent, and the indoor pool and hammam clean and well fitted out. Groups of nice people at breakfast show this is a well patronised venue. Staff at door very welcoming.

Cons The lack of any information in the room and on the app they connect you to. No price for breakfast or any spa treatments for example. No map of hotel. I tried to add an extra night to my stay and the front desk , and the app chat were totally incompetent in handling the booking I made on this website. They even asked me for my passport again, and I was still in my room. When I asked for a pool towel the person couldn't find me on the system. I also found alot of debris under the bed, when I dropped something and looked. Need to shake up the organisation and train staff properly.

Cons קבלה דחוף שירות גרוע לא עומדים בלחץ הרבה טעיות וזמן המתנה ארוך עד ארבע שעות מזמן שהובטח רק בשעה חמש לקבל חדשים ב=כאשר כניסת שבת בשש ורבע זה חמור

מקום נחמד, אוכל טוב, עניין הדלתות מבאס

ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת, החדר עצמו מרווח ונוח, הצוות היה נחמד בגדול

Cons הדלתות לא אטומות כמו שצריך, בשתי הלילות התעוררנו מאנשים שצעק ובמסדרון. באחד הימים לקחו את המגבות ולא הביאו חדשות גם לאחר שני טלפונים, רק לאחר שבאנו לקבלה בעצמנו שלחו מגבות חדשות. החניון מלא במכוניות.
