Dar Al-Taqwa Hotel Madinah

Great breakfast buffet! Lots of options. Clean and spacious rooms, biggest perk is that it is you enter masjid e nabawi as soon as you step outside the hotel.

Cons We booked the executive suite which has two bedrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen did not come equipped with pots, pans, plates or spoons. we had to request for these items when we needed them and the service was slow. There was no way for us to heat our leftover food, since there was no microwave, and the hotel did not provide any pans, even when we asked. What then, is the point of having a kitchen? Also, the hallways had a weird smell.

This is an excellent hotel, and I had an amazing stay!

The distance to the masjid is incredibly close, and the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The reception and housekeeping staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond for you. Hotel cleanliness is unmatched and the house keeper, Mohammad Mubarak was very attentive to our room and constantly checked in. The breakfast is delicious and changes daily. The hotel elevators rarely ever had a wait during my time there. I highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here for my future visits.
