The hotel is located in a good area of Yerevan, just 8-10 min walk to the Cascade Complex. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed comfortable. All the staff was very helpfull and available at any time.

The location was perfect walking distance to the center of the city. Staff were great to approach and help. The room was great and relaxing and has everything you need as for a hotel room. Breakfast was so nice and has different choices and it was included. Restaurant staff were so helpful. Thats based on my experience. Diffidently recommended to stay.

There is no chance I’ll ever return unless numerous changes are made. Good location and cleanliness.
Quiet room, good location, pool and sauna were satisfying, although the sauna was never on when we arrived at the pool which meant we had to wait 45 minutes for the temperature to be ready. The café waitress was extremely nice and helpful. She was the only person taking care of everyone.
Cons The breakfast was extremely disappointing! No omelettes, no European style breakfast, scrambled eggs with canned vegetables mixed in, no fresh juices, very little fresh fruit and it wasn’t good quantity. Butter was old, no toast, hard boiled eggs, same two cheeses every day, no variety in sliced deli meat…Very disappointing breakfast. I requested the room temperature to be lowered but it was never lowered. The AC actually broke but was repaired the same day. Receptionist Annie had an attitude problem and kept interrupting and trying over talk me when I asked about the excursions. They tried to charge me for an omelette that had previously been included in the breakfast. The chef had no clue how to cook an omelette, absolutely no clue. Fried eggs were all medium-well to well. No bacon, sausages, ham etc. only thinly sliced Bologna and thinly sliced Only one coffee machine. No toaster. Very poor breakfast and extremely disappointing breakfast for kids.
