Great hotel, great location. Most amazing thing was the view from our room.

Location, location, location!!

Cons Didn’t have fire pits outside open to all guests

Proximity to downtown, water view, staff, room was spacious and clean,

Cons Bathroom layout was awful, step-in tub/shower, room rate and dining overpriced for what you got. Pool was meh.

The location was perfect for walking down town and going to local shops and cafes. Beautiful views and very clean and convenient. Loved the views overlooking the city and water. Absolutely beautiful!

Cons We were told parking was included and we're charged. They had given us a code. One day the gate was up and Steve drove through rater than stopping to put in the code so perhaps that's why. They did correct the problem and removed it from our bill but seemed to not be aware of the original agreement. However they were nice about it. The rates are very high but so is everything in the city. It is converted to US on your account when you get back so not as high as it looks so that was nice.. We absolutely loved the gardens and the city as stunning and so fun. Wished we stayed longer. Also should have gotten some Canadian money as I found some things I would have purchased at a flee market but it was cash only. Was kinda afraid to buy anything because not sure about taxes or? crossing the border so I passed. We enjoyed coming so much and would love to come back.

Great waterfront property! So convenient to everything!

We loved that we had a patio that overlooked the ocean and that it was less than a mile walk to the wharf.

Cons The rooms felt a little dated, but overall, they were fine.

We loved Victoria. Would love to come back.
