Be careful of hidden costs
The location was good for buses both within the city and from other cities
Cons The staff charged €10 for a lost keycard. This was not something they mentioned at the time of giving out keycards and is not something I have ever experienced at another big hotel. When I pointed this out they argued that it would have been inappropriate to tell me when they gave it to me.
The location was good, and the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the city centre was not far away. The spa was quite small, but I come from Northern Europe, where spas are very different, so my opinion on this is subjective. Overall, everything was good.
