The hotel has an excellent location, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. However, I would recommend improving the room cleaning service, especially dust removal, and providing complimentary toiletries for guests to make their stay even more comfortable.
Exzellente Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum von Vilnius. Schön gestaltetes Hotel.
Ideāla atrašanās vieta., vecpilsētā. Tuvu autoosta un dzelzcela stacija.
Romantiska, vēsturiska celtne. bijusī klostera ēka. Ideāla vieta, pie Ausras vārtiem, viegli aizsniedzami visi objekti. Ļoti lani!

Excellent place
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Vilnius! I stayed here with my family of nine, and I would rate both the check-in process and our entire stay 10/10. Whenever we had any questions or needed help, everything was explained clearly and straight away. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was excellent, and the location couldn't be better – right in the heart of Vilnius Old Town! If I ever visit Vilnius again, I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Thank you for making our family stay such a wonderful experience!
