We were attending a show at the casino the hotel is attached and was an esy transition to the casino. We were given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room which was a nice touch as this was my first time here.
Cons The most annoying thing was directions from the carpark. I was sent directions in parking but finding the lifts etc was a nightmare.

This hotel had great rooms, very luxurious and new. Pool was beautiful and had a great view. The staff included a small gift for my celebration it was very appreciated.
Cons The car parking was a pain. Have to pay extra and park far away if you have a Ute or car that won’t fit under the general car parking at the star. The bathrooms were missing a dentil kit, have to ask reception. Staff also didn’t help with any bags. I borrowed a free luggage trolley and pushed it up to our room half while heavily pregnant with a toddler. My only feedback.
