Cons Staff, Staff attitude, cleanliness, no room service even though we paid for it, very poor standard, bed very uncomfortable, spring digging into my back, no box of tissue however 4 folded tissues in a wooden box . I could keep going but I won’t waste my time

Perfect place for a Goldcoast holiday. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Tram, shops, casino and restaurants.
Cons We had a drunk in the room next door who decided to party at 2am in the morning. Hotel staff shut that down to their credit but our sleep on the last night was disrupted quite bad. They should have a stricter policy and kicked them out especially after the 2nd time security was called.
