Check in was fast and efficient. The staff members were all friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything. The room was clean and we had plenty of space. We booked the Mountain View room and we loved the views. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The inside hotel bar area was great. We went down two nights and the food and drinks were good. The bartender was excellent. She was welcoming and friendly. She was busy but did a great job. This hotel is in a safe and quiet area of Asheville. My only issue was the doors shutting to other rooms can be a little loud at night. I would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful Stay
My husband and I had the BEST time celebrating my birthday. The room was amazing with gorgeous views of the mountains! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special, especially Lynn at the front desk! Thank you, we will stay at this Hilton again!
