DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte City Center

Probably my last time staying at the Doubletree, I definitely will not be back to this one

The only thing I liked was the location, it was close to the venue that I needed to go to that night.

Cons I would’ve stayed somewhere else to be honest. The beds were uncomfortable, front desk Needs customer service training. The door to my room was so hard to open and close my cousin and I have shoulder injuries. Carpets in the rooms needs to be shampooed because they smell old and dirty. I’m a member so I expect it better. But that is probably my last time staying at the Doubletree.

Cons Sheets were not soft and kind of stiff and uncomfortable

Basic standard US hotel

Cons I’m waiting to receive a corrected invoice and the hotel just denies getting me an invoice with the amount that I paid! Terrible if you need it for reimbursement.

Was there for the game, Doubletree was a good option for my stay. Convenient and quiet.

Bed was a little hard, but overall experience was good.

Cons Bathroom area was a little small.
