Very nice hotel. Great swimming pool amd breakfast. Best part of the hotel are the employees. Friendly. Helpful. Very interactive. I will return for sure. Great location and easy parking.

Justin & kenjay were so helpful! We had such a horrible day with our car breaking down on the way to orlando and they both were soooo attentive and helpful at the front desk. It’s great running into empathetic Hilton team members! My partner and I couldn’t be more grateful right now.

DoubleTree by Hilton Deerfield Beach Boca Raton ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE HILTON PROPERTY!! THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING... FROM MOLD TO BROKEN FIXTURES TO STAINED WALLS TO INOPERABLE TOILET... EVEN THE 2ND ROOM THEY MOVED ME TO WAS JUST AS BAD. And I AM A DIAMOND MEMBER HILTON so TripAdvisor wants me to edit my original true experience to this cleaned up version.
Hotel of choice in Deerfield beach / Boca for work or fun
Very nice hotel. Staff are excellent. Room was comfortable and the wifi strong which is essential when I travel and work remote. Breakfast was good. The pool was clean and well laid out.
lack of professionalism and cleanness
We arrived to the hotel close to midnight on May 15 to 16, and the front desk staff member was noticeably unfriendly. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable asking for the two complimentary water bottles that are normally provided. Once we entered the room, we found dust covering the lamp beside the beds. Even worse, when my daughter got into her bed, she discovered blood on the sheet. I contacted the hotel multiple times and was repeatedly told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. When I finally spoke with a woman who said she was the manager, she dismissed my complaint and insisted there could not have been blood on the sheets, even though I have photographic evidence. The lack of accountability and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. As a result, I will never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to other.
