Rooms are spacious with good storage and comfortable beds, though bathrooms feel dated. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel sits within walking distance of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, making it cheaper and more convenient than Universal's own hotels. Breakfast is excellent but costs extra, and the pool water runs cold.
