Would not recommend or return.

Cons The staff was not very accommodating, our unit was extremely hot, and smelled as if something was burning -we had to move all of our items to another floor upon arrival and ended up being late to the event that we were in town for as a result. Also the pool was closed during our stay. Had we known this prior, we would have chosen a different property.

The size of the room and balcony access.

Cons The lighting in the bathroom was the only thing that was not the best.

Cons When I first arrived the system was down so I couldn't check in until a few hours later. Even still system was still down but they were manually checking people in on paper so they made some mistakes like giving people, me included occupied rooms. So they kept having to reassign rooms. Then the key cards wasn't working properly smh. A whole day wasted on trying to get everything situated so I could get comfortable and start my day. I came there for a weekend getaway, to relax and was irritated and regretted leaving home the whole stay.

The air conditioner was not keeping the room cold. Both nights we woke up hot and sweating 😓
