The location was great. Easy walk to places

Cons When I booked the room it said damage deposit was $75 but when I got there surprise surprise it was $150 even though I was informed otherwise.

Cons Housekeeping needs to ensure that the bathroom supplies are always topped up without having to ask

1. I did not state a preference for a quiet room, so I don't know why you stated that. 2. The room had no extra toilet rolls & after waiting over an hour to receive them, I had to go down to the front desk & the person at the desk was not the most friendly about it. A guest should not have to endure this humiliation. 3. Location was good for our needs. 4. We were not informed that there was only valet parking and accessing the parking port was problematic.

Cons Struttura sporca, in ogni asciugamano ho trovato capelli, ciglia finte per terra in camera al mio arrivo. Polvere e mobili molto datati. Per non parlar della colazione (la peggiore negli hotel della mia vita). Oltre alla sorpresa finale con addebito delle colazioni che erano già incluse nella mia tariffa Booking. Solo dopo reclamo sono stato rimborsato. Oltre all’acqua dal rubinetto che usciva con il contagocce. State alla larga da questo hotel
