It was quiet and the room was spacious so it wasn't too bad

Cons The shower could have been cleaner and the overall feel of the hotel had a misty dew in the morning type of feeling.

Young man working in the cleaning staff. Very attentive to helping with our bags When leaving, he asked if he could help us. Everyone should have one of him. I’m upset I didn’t get his name.

Cons All the doors slammed throughout the night. Room was cold even though temp was turned to 75. Certainly never hit 75. Beds are short sheeted. Blankets hit just above the stomach. That was ridiculous. Used large towels to covers us.

Would not stay at this location again when I visit VA, there are several other newer hotels close by

Customer service was amazing at the front desk , very friendly and polite . check in process was great , no issues at all getting our key and going directly to our room . there is an on site restaurant that we did not try.

Cons Bathroom shower was a mess, shower drain has not been cleaned in what appear to be some time, we discovered the drain was clogged with globs of hair, Front desk was notified in person and shown a picture of the drain so we ended up on the last night showering at a relatives house .
