Cons The price, the lack of shop for incidentals like lotion, nail files or whatever someone may need on a trip.

The main issue was lack of communication between booking.com and staff.

The staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Cons I booked the room via booking.com and communication between them and the property was horrible. They didn't have us in the system when we arrived. After a while of digging, they found our reservation. We were again approached by staff upon our departure, saying that the system said the room was not paid for, which it had. During our stay, we encountered a roach in the room. I admit I should have researched the location better, but this hotel is a good way from the city. We had to take a rather pricey Uber into the city every day. We wish we would have booked something downtown.
