Cons Being charged twice when I paid cash for the room. They charged my credit card twice!! Held over $400

The hotel was very nice, clean & convenient. Marina was a wonderful front desk concierge.

It was a rough stay
We had to switch rooms. Because the door did not lock. Which is ok. The ac in the new room dint turn off I tried to turn it it off it was so cold in the room everyone woke up with a sore throat. When I booked the hotel it said complimentary breakfast. I was told no by the lady in front of desk. I didn’t get her name but she was so mean to me when I asked it was embarrassing.
