Great location, quiet, nice rooms, & friendly staff.
I went to a concert and the hotel was in an ideal location to take the trolley. The staff was very friendly and my room was clean but the room smelled a bit like someone had smoked in it.
Cons My hall door had a patched up hole in it and the elevator doors had graffiti scratches on them. Not sure what to do about that but it gave the place a less than high end vibe.
