DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Juan

Great Location

Great location. There’s a grocery store across the street, a restaurant that’s open late inside the hotel, local shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at Hilton hotels are always kind and helpful, Marcos in particular was great.

Nice accommodation

My spouse and I stayed for three days at this location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. We stayed on the 8th floor. The room was nice and appears to have had some recent renovations. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was small but nice. The location is directly across the street from a grocery store and near restaurants that are within walking distance. Additionally the hotel is located within a few miles of the T Mobile District which was a quick ride for entertainment and additional eating options.

Hotel staff were super nice and informative. The restaurant manager and staff made sure all of my needs were met.

The Location and breakfast were good.

Cons The bathroom in the hotel was so tiny.

Wonderful

Everything was lovely! Especially Marcos and Michael who were super kind and helpful! The rooms were nice and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. And it was in such a nice location close to the beach, restaurants and even a 24 hour grocery. 10/10 recommend and will definitely come back!
