Jamie in Valet was absolutely amazing, very attentive, friendly and helpful! She is a gem and we will be back because of her great service!

Great st Patrick’s day

First visit to this hotel and stayed for at Patrick’s day. Clean and basic doubletree. Standard offerings. Friendly staff. Plenty of walkable restaurants and sights to see. Expensive on site valet parking but typical for the area.

Spur of the Moment Savannah Trip.

We needed a last minute change and ended up at DoubleTree by Hilton. It is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic area of Savannah! Close to all of the fun offerings the city has to offer. Jamie in valet was amazing. She was so sweet every time we pulled in, and made our parking so much easier. Destiny in the dining area -- PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE OR BONUS OR SOMETHING! She was absolutely amazing when we had her at dinner at the bar and at breakfast as our server. She was always smiling, and was so gracious to us when our son started having meltdowns. She is truly one of the reasons we will be back. The room was on the corner of the building and made for great people watching. The air temp stayed nice the whole time. I do wish I could adjust the settings on the TV though as the screen was very very bright. The location of the hotel and the proximity to the bars does make it a little loud, but nothing awful. Beds were COMFY as were the pillows, but the comforter could use some work. Overall we will be staying here again on our next trip to Savannah.
