Rooms, particularly 402 was excellent! Loved it. Very comfortable and large.
Cons The attached ‘English pub’ was horrendous. Rude goblin-like bar tender, very, very limited choice of international beers and with an obsession for craft beer. The Italian restaurant didn’t really work either. It was in the breakfast room, a space essentially shared with Starbucks. The room had all the atmosphere of a mortuary.

Great location. Room was as described, a bit smaller and a little cramped. Plus Victoria is expensive. Location is fabulous, and beds were very comfy

Really nice room! Right in the heart of downtown, couldn’t ask for a better location. Great staff, all super helpful. You get warm cookies when you check in.
Cons The suite has a microwave but no plates or utensils, I thought it would have made sense to have some cutlery to use for food.
