Spacious, clean rooms with great views and comfortable beds, located downtown near restaurants and the harbour. Staff are helpful and give complimentary cookies at check-in. One guest reported the room temperature couldn't be adjusted and was uncomfortably cold, though the hotel acknowledged an ongoing HVAC upgrade issue.
