Amazing hotel, great location.

Fantastic hotel. I arrived with two children as my husband had been delayed due to work. I recieved text messages checking I was ok. We ate in the resturant upstairs on the first night and the staff were so good with the children. The hotel is opposite the tram, a few stops and you are near the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. If you dont fancy the tram its only a 20 min walk. On the last day they were able to store luggage whilst we took in more sights before we departed onwards. I would stay here again.

Cons The hotel was average at best, and the overall experience was disappointing. The room was extremely small, and the staff were very unwelcoming and passive. There was no greeting or warm welcome when we arrived on the first day, nor any farewell or acknowledgment when we checked out on the last day. Room service was poor, and basic amenities were missing, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other essential toiletries that are normally provided even by other three-star hotels. There was no genuine willingness to assist guests, and the overall level of service showed very little care or attention. Frankly, the price paid was not justified by the quality of the accommodation or the service provided. Furthermore, I had booked a room with a double bed but was disappointed to find two separate single beds instead. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The service, room size, amenities, and value for money were all below my expectations.

Overall Good, but not customer-friendly

nice location in a central area that is not too busy, nice rooms and facilities. I guess the standard rooms are a bit small. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons Even though I had booked two rooms for almost a week, the hotel refused to cancel a single night. I had to pay for the entire stay. I recommend booking this hotel directly rather than through Booking.com.
