DoubleTree by Hilton London - Tower of London

We had a lovely stay here for my partner's birthday. Although the last minute birthday package couldn't be arranged (not the hotel's fault) the staff went over and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time, including offering an upgrade and a birthday welcome message dessert. We loved the exec king room and slept so well. Thank you to Tanya for being so professional and attentive.

Cons The bathroom shower bracket in 821 was broken so I needed to hold the shower head to shower.. I would love to see more plants inside the hotel lobby to add to the atmosphere. Personal preference.
