Cons Check in was 3pm, we arrived at 1:45 and were offered early check in for £20 per room, if the room was ready then surely we should have been able to check in ?

Room was clean, functional and large enough for the single night stay. Buffet breakfast was really good. Hotel is excellently sited only a few minutes walk from Piccadilly station with good access to central Manchester
Cons The shower unit flow was a little weak and could do with some maintenance

Cons Unfortunately we were locked in the room 3 times as the lock was broken, rang down to complain 3 times as 3rd time managed to fix it. But was unnerving in case of fire . Breakfast was no hot
