A conveniently located hotel offering an acceptable stay, but with some significant service and room-quality issues.
The location is very convenient, close to Wall Street and the ferry terminals. The internet connection was stable, and there are several good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby.
Cons Hotel staff entered our room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign. They did not clean the room or replace the towels, but they moved our personal belongings. I had also asked reception in advance whether they could arrange a yellow cab and was told they could. However, on the day of our departure, they refused and offered only a partner transport service costing approximately twice as much. Overall, the value for money was disappointing. The room was adequate and reasonably clean, but there was a noticeable musty smell. Advertising photos of lobby and room are far away from reality.

Todo! Que lugar mas espectacular, todo era increíble. Limpio, cómodo, el personal muy amable y la comida riquísima! Las habitaciones eran de ensueño! Muchas tranquilidad.
Cons En verdad nada, quizás que es un poquito lejos del “centro”, pero son 10 min en carro y ellos te dan movilización.
Ottima posizione , tranquilla ma comoda alla metro per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Camera matrimoniale spaziosa , bagno ben attrezzato. Pulizia impeccabile. Letto comodo. Reception con spazi per poter lavorare a computer. Staff disponibile.
