Cons A very standard room for the price. Customer service to check in was slow. Only 1 person at check in counter. Outdoor balcony was not clean

Perfect / branded quality

1) The breakfast was delicious, but at $22, it's a bit overpriced, in my opinion. There are plenty of decent cafes around the hotel that offer equally delicious food for 3-4 times less. 2) Upon check-in, the staff, after my prompting, understood how to accommodate our request for "connected rooms," even though they initially tried to persuade me to have two separate rooms. This is a criticism of the first staff member, and a compliment to the second, who was more responsive and resourceful. 3) The hotel staff was accommodating and very quickly found the HDMI cable I requested.

Cons 1) One night, the power went out in the city, and the hotel staff clumsily tried to start the stand-alone generator for 30-40 minutes, which caused inconvenience for guests. Hotel management should conduct staff training or test the automatic start-up process for the emergency generator in the future.
