The hotel is modern and clean.

Cons 1. All walls are cardboard 2. No water sprayer (shattaf) in the bathroom 3. Had to always ask for water and tissue refills 4. AC is not cold 5. Breakfast is average Booked a king room, but the AC was not cold, and a part of it was covered with a closet (check photos). Also, it had a shared door (check photos) with the room next to us. However, the worst was the bathroom. The shower area had no real door, and no matter what, the bathroom turns into a pond after shower (check photos)! It even starts leaking water into the room through the flooring (check photos). I made sure to report that to the reception and ask for a room change, but they said it is not possible. Two days later, I open the room and find a paper on the floor that says if we damage the bathroom floor with all the water, we will have to pay for it (check photos). I was shocked and got super angry! I had to go down and let them know how unacceptable that was. Also, I unfortunately had to explain how it is not my fault their showers have no doors, instead of it just being common sense! Anyway, thirty minutes later we got a new room that had better everything except for the bed. It was very annoying because it was two single beds attached together to make one king bed. However, I just let it go. Plus, the AC felt a bit better because it was not covered by anything.

Отель произвел самое приятное впечатление! Удобно местоположение, в 10 минутах неспешной ходьбы - замечательный парк с множеством фонтанов. До Площади Республики - минут 15 ходьбы. Номер у нас был на 15 этаже, поэтому было тихо, вид из окна - на гору Арарат! Отличное постельное белье, удобные подушки и ортопедические матрасы. Хорошие уходовые средства в ванной комнате. Отличные завтраки. Кругом идеальная чистота. Персонал доброжелательный, на любые просьбы отзывается быстро. Неполадки устраняет мгновенно. Время пребывания в отеле совпало с Днем рождения, персонал во время завтрака очень тепло поздравили, было приятно. От души рекомендую этот отель!

Schönes Hotel mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen ebenfalls erfüllt. Praktisch sind die Parkplätze (wenn man wie wir ein Auto hat). Es gibt eine Tiefgarage sowie einen Aussenparkplatz direkt neben dem Eingang. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons Beim Abendessen am ersten Tag war im Restaurant eine geschlossene Gesellschaft. Dafür wurde die gleiche Karte in der Lounge-Bar angeboten, wo wir somit das Essen bestellten. Der Hauptgang meiner Frau wurde aber schlichtweg vergessen und kam erst viel später als der Rest. Der Kellner hat sich zwar für die Verspätung entschuldigt, aber nie zugegeben, dass er die Bestellung vergessen hatte. Es gibt drei Aufzüge, die aber offensichtlich nicht miteinander gekoppelt sind. Drückt man aussen die Taste um den Aufzug zu rufen, wartet man auf genau diesen. Die anderen zwei halten nicht, auch wenn sie schneller wären. Ausserdem kann es vorkommen, dass der Aufzug auf einer Etage hält, obwohl niemand (mehr) einsteigen will. Die Leute drücken nämlich oft die Tasten aller drei Aufzüge, und der eine weiss nicht, dass der andere schon da war.
