Very nice hotel, but expensive for what you get

Cons breakfast was extremely busy, the restaurant is too small, with long waiting times room climate control was not working, very cold room TV was not working

Great facilities

Clean with a nice swimming pool and wellness facilities. Underground parking available with an additional fee.

Cons Bottle of water provided but only for Hilton members with a certain level; otherwise, they charged you €3 per bottle vs €.80 at a convenience store. Pool and other wellness facilities are closed on Monday for maintenance.

Cons THE DIFFERENCE IN MENU FOR HALF BOARD AND FULL BOARD. We stayed 4 nights and by day 3 we were already tired of the same menu every day. Advice to hotel- to do like other hotels, same menu for all, but half board is two meals only - breakfast and dinner /lunch while full board is 3 meals with snacks. We also dnt get our towels changed all through our stay - even though the rooms were cleaned. I had to insist and call the reception by 4th day as all the towels were dirty. We were in a family room -family of 5 finally we ended up paying for our meal on first day despite having half board, we payed over 200 Euros, we had our food voucher on us but my husband was not aware we had to give the staff as soon as we got to the restaurant. We were then given the full board menu from which we ordered. By the time we realised -we were told we had to pay the full price for all the meals even though some of the meals were on the half board menu , it was really unfair

Cons Nažalost, naš boravak od 9. do 12. listopada 2026. bio je veliko razočaranje. U Hilton hotel u Zagrebu dolazimo već godinama i uvijek smo bili zadovoljni, no ovaj put usluga nije bila na očekivanoj razini. Posebno smo nezadovoljni krajnje neprofesionalnim i nepristojnim ponašanjem djelatnice na recepciji, koja je svojim komentarima pokazala nepoštovanje prema gostima. Doručak je bio skroman, hrana se rijetko nadopunjavala, a radno vrijeme wellnessa nije nam bilo unaprijed jasno komunicirano. U sobi se vrata tuš-kabine nisu mogla pravilno zatvoriti, a zbog veličine našeg vozila nismo mogli koristiti hotelsku garažu te nam nije ponuđena odgovarajuća alternativa za parkiranje. Ovakvu razinu usluge ne očekujemo od hotela s pet zvjezdica. Planirali smo ponovno doći u prosincu na četiri dana, ali nakon ovog iskustva ozbiljno razmišljamo o tome da više ne rezerviramo ovaj hotel. Nadamo se da će uprava ozbiljno shvatiti našu pritužbu i poboljšati kvalitetu usluge.

Összességében jó volt de egy 5* Hilton szállástól ezért az árért picit többet reméltem.
