The hotel was very well managed and family friendly, especially for those travelling with kids. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The highlight of the resort would be the staff. Very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is great. The room was comfortable, great views of the ocean, however, did require some maintenance. Breakfast was amazing and was a wonderful stay.
Cons As the resort only offered free shuttle bus to the city from Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As you can’t walk to the city you are then forced to order private transport.
I enjoyed staying here, check in check out process fast. Hotel was clean, all facilities complete and there were games for kids to play. Staff Sin Ngam and Sharu Nathan very friendly, and fast response. I will definitely stay here again. Tqsm
