not what i expected
Mattress and pillow was very comfortable. Staff friendly.
Cons 1.One of the room shower floor trap clog,water flow very slow and only one person can shower at the time.next person to shower have to wait for 1hr before the water totally gone. 2. Tile in the main pool came off on the floor inside the pool and it could be danger to anyone. 3. Towel always not available and late,even your operation hours start at 6am. You know it school holiday and you will have full occupancy but fail to ensure smooth operations. 4. Kids club always closed when we went there around 3pm and signage mentioned due to activity at the lobby and like i said before,it's school holidays and you should have two staff on duty. One in the lobby and one at the kids club. 5. Pool cleaning not really clean,we went there after the cleaner complete the main pool but still have sand inside the pool. Looks like the cleaner not the staff and your outside contractor. 6. One off the snooker/pool missing the que ball (white color ball). 7. On the 2nd September 2026 during breakfast your trainee at egg station his chef jacket dirty and not look presentable and should not be at the front doing some live cooking. 8. Somebody need to teach your fnb staff how to make proper teh tarik. 7. Your bell boy should not talking (in thier native language)while attend to the guest during thier arrival when picking up thier luggage. 8. Please look into staff grooming who work in front office, some of them doesn't look presentable and not welcoming, especially staff free hair,finger nails some short and some long. Is that your standard double tree?. 9. Please look into the been bag place at the pool side, color faded, plastic chair the lacker peel off. Seriously double tree, that's your standard?. 10. There is many more but those all minor issue i can accept it.
